N-(phosphonomethyl) glycine (N-PMG) or glyphosate has been the subject of growing interest since its discovery in the 1970s. This molecule is a herbicide with a broad spectrum of activity. It is very effective even on plant roots and has little harmful effects on the environment because of its biodegradability and absence of toxic city for animal life.
A brief introduction of the main process for the synthesis of glyphosate, and analysis of the wastewater generated. Based on the structure and property of glyphosate, its wastewater was treated by CaCl2 solution. Under certain conditions, it was transformed to deposit of calcium salt which would be processed to glyphosate solution. After the precipitation of sodium carbonate, we obtained glyphosate salt solution. And then after acidification, concentration, we recovered of glyphosate. Some factors affecting the results such as pH value of the solution, quantity of CaCl2 solution, hydrochloric acid and Na2CO3 solution had been studied. We find the best conditions: 100ml wastewater at pH 10 added 30ml CaCl2 solution. Then stirred 30min, filtered, added 30ml water to reconcile the cake, stirred again. And after twice concentrated, we got organic phosphine, with the yield of 86%. The COD removal rate was 77.6%.The product was characterized by IR.

本文对除草剂草甘膦合成的主要工艺作简要介绍,并对该工艺产生的废水进行分析。基于草甘膦的结构和性质,对草甘膦工业生产废水的治理与资源化进行研究。用CaCl2溶液作为沉淀剂使草甘膦生成钙盐沉淀,将沉淀经碳酸钠处理,得到草甘膦钠盐溶液。溶液再经酸化处理后,浓缩,回收草甘膦。我们探讨了废水溶液pH、CaCl2溶液使用量、Na2CO3加入量、浓缩比等因素对废水处理效果的影响。确定了最佳的工艺条件:pH值为10的100mL废水中加入30mLCaCl2溶液,搅拌反应30min,过滤后,将滤饼加30ml水调和,加入17g碳酸钠,经过搅拌反应后,经两次浓缩,最佳浓缩比为2.5:1,得到有机膦产物,回收率达到86%,滤液的COD去除率最高可达到77.6%。对产物的结构进行红外光谱表征,与草甘瞵和双甘膦标准图谱对比,结果显示实验产物含有有机膦化合物。
